Through our contact form we ask only for your name, email, optional preferred language, a topic and a short message. We never ask for passport numbers, case numbers or other sensitive identity details through the form.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information. We share it only with staff who need it to help you, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to resolve your request, then delete them.
